Students who choose to enter public service should anticipate and welcome some degree of criticism for their actions. They should also expect to be held accountable for their decisions.

What I'm noticing is that certain Senators want to have the sunny parts of public service without having any of the serious responsibilities. Any politician who thinks that way is an idiot.

    True, I'm not the prettiest flower in the field, but when I look in the mirror I see a big grin because I know I have the courage of my convictions, and part of that is being able to attach my name to my words. I'd rather be ugly and brave than anonymous and cowardly.

    I wouldn't exactly say not posting your name is cowardous when its on a blog, if so, this whole website is cowardly. Anonymous=cowardly VLEG=cowardly. You said it yourself.
